ListBook - Lists done right App Reviews

Ive owned this since day one. These guys also make ListBook for keeping track of finances simply. They respond to suggestions or questions. The app is better than before by Far and I loved it before Gorgeous UI. separate lists. Tagging by priority color. Alarm/alert if necessary. Its everything a list app should be. I cant imagine needing more. And this isnt all minimal. Everything makes perfect sense. If I had the money I would purchase it for everyone because I honestly know everyone will be thrilled to have it! Trust me on this. Im a list app feign. This is my favorite currently

Just started using the app - i like the ability to organize my lists in additional ways… and the interface is clean and easy to learn.

Really like what theyve done with the UI. Im a big fan of using gestures in apps and noidentity really brought that to the plate. The iCloud support is also a really nice feature but it took a bit of work to get it functioning correctly.

This is the best list system app out there!

Its an okay enough app if you dont need to keep your lists synch across devices. I have an iPad and an iPhone and I need to be able to switch between them and see the most up to date lists instantly. This app fails on that front. I was only able to get them to synch once (the first time).

Synching is determined by the order in which you install the app on your devices - the first activated device forms the initial backup on iCloud. Confusing at first, but great once you get it working.

Bought this for my iPhone and iPad …. how disappointing. NO cloud sync at all … nothing happens. I open it on my iPhone and it crashes the first two times. On the third attempt it opens … but I cant add lists, only tasks, then when I re-open the app, the tasks are gone. What a waste of time and money. Pity.

This is a no non-sense productivity app. Quick and easy to work with. Cloud sync works wonderfully. Had a little trouble at first with the new iPad. But dev was quick to assist and a pleasure to work with. Email list is great as well. If they ever enable the ability to print list directly this would become the perfect app for our construction management company on every level! Thank you for a wonderful app!

It would be great if I could have repeating alarms/tasks only on weekdays/weekends or certain days of the week. And to customize the alarm sound. Love the product and use it everyday!

Doesnt do much more than some of the free apps of the same category but its nicer to use. I would like it if you could set repeating reminders and due dates, and reminders that remind you an hour or so before

I loved this app until the most recent update. I got it because of the cloud sync functionality, and now they have removed it. Now without the sync, it is basically a list builder with no additional useful functionality. The updated apple reminders app is more useful, and it has an automatic sync functionality, so I guess I will start using that. Too bad.

Personally, what sold me about the app was the UI. Im not a big fan of super simple organization apps but I must admit this app does its job rather nicely and with a very appealing user interface to boot. Kudos to the developer(s) for making such a beautiful application. My father, whom isnt doesnt usually go for organization applications outside of the default iOS applications loves this app. Its literally intuitive enough for anyone to use. I give it four stars out of five only because as mentioned by others it lacks iCloud sync, if that were remedied then Id give it a solid five.

The big selling point was syncing across devices. Without that feature, Ill delete it & go back to ToDo.

I would never expect that this app doesnt sync with any other device and still dont want to believe it!

Really, syncing across devices is the whole point in having a list app...

This app does not sync between your other iOS devices! I assumed it did considering the rarity of apps not syncing. The ui is nice but with no sync in a App Store full of options that sync I say move along and save your money.

This app isnt claiming that it does sync, so whats with all the one-star reviews? Angry Birds doesnt fold my laundry but it does what it says. This app is attractive and functional FOR WHAT IT DOES. If you want syncing, yes, look elsewhere, but if you just want to manage lists, this is a good app.

I love this app for keeping track of random, often mundane things: packing lists, chores for the day, things I need to pick up at the store, etc. While there is a notable lack of some features (such as across-device syncing, appending notes or pictures to items, etc.), this app is particularly easy to use and has wonderful UI elements. Additionally, the developer has been responsive to me in the past, via email. For those who have given a one-star review, I might say that the lesson there is to read the app description before purchasing.

Whats the point of a to-do app if it doesnt have sync capability?

I already use Checkmark for my location-based alarms but decided to buy ListBook because it looked simpler. It is simple alright. However, location-based alarms do NOT work at all. Waste of money.
